1. Scope and approach

This Policy explains how OJOS collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information when you visit ojos.ru, submit an enquiry, or use our services. The Russian-language policy applies specifically to processing governed by Russian law; this Global Policy provides additional information for people elsewhere.

We follow internationally recognised privacy principles, including collection limitation, purpose specification, data quality, use limitation, security safeguards, openness, individual participation and accountability. Local mandatory law prevails where it provides additional rights or obligations.

2. Information we collect

• your name, telephone number and optional email address;
• enquiry details, including property type, estimated camera count and your message;
• technical information such as IP address, request time, browser and device information, and security logs;
• the token and result of Yandex SmartCaptcha, which loads only when you attempt to submit the form;
• communications and other information you voluntarily provide.

Please do not include health information, biometric data, government identifiers, financial credentials, precise location, or other sensitive information in the free-text field.

3. Why we use information and our legal bases

We delete, destroy or anonymise information when it is no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service:

• hosting and infrastructure providers for website operation and security logs;
• SpaceWeb for email delivery and storage;
• Yandex SmartCaptcha for abuse prevention;
• Telegram Bot API for operational lead notifications; enquiry content may be delivered through Telegram;
• Google Fonts, which receives technical request information when fonts are loaded;
• public authorities where disclosure is lawfully required.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it for independent third-party marketing.

5. International transfers

OJOS is operated from Russia, while some providers may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable, we rely on consent, contractual safeguards, adequacy mechanisms, or another lawful transfer basis. Russian citizens’ information is initially recorded and stored in Russia as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and external technologies

We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Strictly necessary technical cookies may be used for security and continuity. SmartCaptcha loads only after you press the form submission button. You may restrict cookies in your browser, although some functions may then work incorrectly.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, secret management, software updates, security logging, backups and retention controls. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have the right to know or access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

EEA and United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal bases and rights described above apply as relevant to each purpose. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.

California

Where the CCPA applies, California residents may request access to categories or specific pieces of personal information, deletion, correction, and information about disclosure. OJOS does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Canada, Australia and other regions

Where applicable, we honour rights of access, correction and complaint and apply requirements concerning accountability, consent, limited collection, appropriate use, safeguards, openness and cross-border disclosure.

9. Children

The website and services are intended for adults and business representatives. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate authorisation, contact us at info@ojos.ru.
